X2! Here it's after 12noon and I haven't even ate! And you do this to me!
Dang Curt...that looks and sound absolutely fabulous, great lookin money shot too...
Very nice, My favorite breakfast right there on your plate :)
Man that looks good.... I prefer my egg yolks runny but to each his own....
I have never ate one my self. Grew up hearing they were these awful undone poached eggs. But 11 -12 minutes sounds more like a soft boiled egg with out the shell. So now I think I will try one. By the way is that a cheese sause?
Looks yummy, a great way to start the day, viper it isn't a cheese sauce, typically it's made with egg yolks & butter some lemon juice and cayenne pepper or some other spice of your choice if you wish.
Hot Dang! What a great way to start your morning.

Duh........at the egg and ham tree store......
Looks beautiful Curt, but I'm with Snelly, I like my poached eggs runny.
Gotta comment when I see something that I'd try...looks great Curt. I've never actually tried Hollendaise sauce, but at one time did purchase a packet, just never got around to making it to put on anything.
I LOVE Benedict. That looks like some good eats.
Those look great!
I think you are on to something with that hash brown pattie instead of muffin, too.

I think the pattie was better than a muffin, I like my patties crispy. ;D
I think you need to patent your idea before McDonalds gets a hold of it!
Then sell it to them for millions :)
