Title: Did some spare ribs
Post by: Smoker John on May 02, 2012, 07:06:14 PM
Did my first set of ribs in the DBS, used the 3-2-1.
Spiced & rubbed from an overnight stay in the fridge

Into the Bradley they go for a temp around 220 for 3 hours with Jim Beam smoke

Get all wrapped and back into the Bradley for 2 hours

Basted with sauce & done

Everything turned out tasty.
