Title: Bacon wrapped Chicken Thighs

New experment today. Bought 8 chicken thighs, put on Jans Rub for about 24 hours and wrapped with siran wrap.

Then wrapped in BACON

Into the smoker for 1.5 hours of Hicory smoke at 240 degrees then off with the smoke and turned smoker up to 260 degrees and cooked for 1 more hour without smoke.Heres the results.

Here is Supper, and it was very good. I love this forum, lots of good tips. This was a first for me.

Oh heck yeah!  Looks great.  Thanks for using the Jan's Rub.  My wife Jan always gets a kick out of seeing people use the Rub that she and I developed.
