No rubs great. I have a lot of medical issues which arise at times rather suddenly. They vary from mild to severe and for a few hours to maybe months. Thats why i enjoy all the time i get when im feeling better. They predicted my death 4 times so far. But i keep telling them im not done yet. I have lots of fish to catch and food to cook. Lol hope you enjoy that.
