Title: Ventreche ?
Post by: sjmcdowall on May 07, 2012, 02:10:18 PM
Has anyone made this delectable (IMHO) French Bacon? If so, is there a recipe to share? My next project is "bacon" -- many types and sorts (Pancetta, Ventreche, American Maple Smoked, Canadian and Canadian Peameal).

Cheers!

I'd never heard of that.  Will be in France later this week and will look for some.  Had never heard of it - thanks for the post.
