Since I'm going to be getting into Charcuterie I thought I should get some reading material.
Any other recommended books?

Good books. I like the Charcuterie book better. I have in on my nook.
I have this one it has some good recipes and tips:
Smoke & Spice: Cooking with Smoke, the Real Way to Barbecue by Cheryl Alters Jamison and Bill Jamison
Don
Both are excellent sources for the targeted end products. I have both, and refer to them frequently.
I've had both for quite a while. Good reads.
