My Fish is sticking to my rack even when I have well oiled the racks!! would the "jerky Rack" be better for smoking fish??

I would go with frog mats from yard and pool. Ive read on here many-o-times  ;D that the jerky racks will start to peel then rust.  :o

Click here to go to the site for Frog Mats (http://www.yardandpool.com/SearchResults.asp?Search=frog+mats) the 10x13 for the bradley racks. They work really good.

I've used frogmats, but with every day use, they also wear out after about 6 months.

These work well....

The 10x16 need to be cut to size. They are NOT rated for heat above 225F, so they are perfect for fish. I have used them for over a year and fish does not stick especially if you use a good quality cooking spray.

If that website can't ship, you could contact Little Chief directly and see if there is a distributor near you.

Also I find removing the fish from the racks while they are still warm helps.
