<b><font size="3">Ok all so let's make with those Recipes.... Good luck.</font id="size3"></b>

<font color="blue"><font size="3">
<b>EDIT: Make sure you post your number at the bottom of the recipe as well as this thread.</b></font id="size3"></font id="blue">

<font size="4"><b><font color="red">EDIT EDIT:</font id="red"> You all do me a favor please. I've just spent the last 3 hours coding some of the recipes from this contest so they can be add to the our recipe collection. Try to put your recipe into some format that is understandable.

For example:

<b>Ingredients:</b>
Item
Item
Item
Item

<b>Directions:</b>
Step
Step
Step
Step
Step

Please do not add numbers to your steps under <b>"Directions:"</b> If you do I have to manually remove them. I will add the numbers later. Also Please do not add any coding what so ever. If you want to highlight your name at the bottom with a color etc that is ok. All other codes added have to be remove manually. I'm slowly working my way through all of the recipes on the site in order to create a uniformed look.

Thank You for your help in this matter. Olds</b></font id="size4">

I posted 'Smoked Beef Short Ribs and Potato Stew' This recipe can also be used to make a smokey spaghetti and meatballs (replace short ribs and potatoes with your favorite meatball recipe) Hmmm...maybe that will be my next post [:D]

<font color="red">Edit:</font id="red"> I called an audible and changed the recipe for Sunday dinner and liked the addition of potatoes instead of pasta as per my original post.

<b><font color="red"><font size="5">West Indies Salad</font id="size5"></font id="red"></b>
This recipe was found in Bill Bayley's cookbook of many years ago. Bayley owned a restaurant in the Mobile area. The restaurant still exist and is run by his son.
This is the original recipe for "West Indies Salad" and dates back over 50 years. I actually have a hand written copy from the 1950s by Bill himself AND the Recipe lives on, "This is the Original Unchanged Recipe"....

The ORIGINAL "Big Bob Gibson's" <b>WHITE BBQ SAUCE</b>

Being born & Raised in Decatur, AL; Gibson's BBQ is Old Hat to me. I was eating his BBQ in the late 40's and my Mother had his recipe for the ORIGINAL "White Sauce" when I was just a kid.
In the 40's his BBQ stand was nothing more than a big screened room with about 4 tables and a BBQ pit + a couple of old residential refrigerators and a table with a sink to work on. <font color="blue"><i>Man, today the health departments would lock him under the jail..</i></font id="blue"> I got the recipe straight from her after I got married.
