I must THANK Curt for that awesome brine recipe !!! I used it yesterday again for some wild turkey for a friend and some turkey roast donated by my mom and both turned out great again. I wasn't a big fan of wild turkey as it normally so dry you choke before taking a bite !! This turkey was so juicy I couldn't believe it. Will definitely be doing more turkey both tame and wild with this recipe. Thanks again Curt and sorry the pics took so long to post.

Nice job Cobra!
Wow that looks so smokey and tasty. Nice job.
Hell Yaaaa!
That bird looks GREAT
The foil trick really helps keep the bird moist when its skinless dont it?
Glad ya like the brine recipe, it goes perfect with wild turkey I think.
Did ya save the juices from the foil?
Makes for some kick ass stock to make gravy with.
Great job!
Glad it came out moist for you because they ain't exactly Butterballs ;)
