7 pieces of bellies on the cure in the refrigerator plus the side trimmings. Right at 40 pounds. I have some pieces and a 8 lb slab in the Bradley doing a uncured smoke with a mix of mesquite and pecan pucks. BLT's tomorrow!! With my homemade mayo.
