Title: Put some time in today

Since it was a nice day I decided to try Myron Mixon's cupcake chicken on my Bradley.  Tried to mirror his rub and BBQ sauce with a few of my own modifications.  All reports was it was worth the time.

Great job. Yours came out much better than mine.  I have made this twice and followed his preparation and cooking method to the letter, and can not get it the way he does.

Did you remove the bone? His method only requires that you remove the knuckle on each end. That is what I prefer to do, since I like the bone in.
