Got the VBF smoked and done.

Used my AMZNPS for the smoke delivery.

Not as dark as i thought they would have been. Maybe a day or 2 in the fridge will darken em up some.

They look pretty black to me!  I would eat it with a cold one in my other hand while listening to Santana's  Black Magic song.
