Wow, looks great!! It would take a steady hand to rotate those racks. One time I had a whole rack of Landjaegars go all over the deck, picked them up washed them off and kept smokin ;D

I was a little worried about three hours into the smoke I wasn't sure if the sausage was going to smoke even, they had some spots that didn't look like was getting smoked but around the 4 hr mark it started looking right.

I'll post some pic's of the finished product when I pull them out.
