A howdy do from Benton, Arkansas.
Long time owner of OBS, bought my first in 2001 after I saw one in Alaska on a fishing trip. Bought my second in 2007 figured having two (2) is better than having one (1).
Both get used on a weekly basis, both hot & cold smoking. This weekend cold smoked cheese and hot smoked baloney.
Wife insisted that I join the forum since she is tired of hearing me talk about my smoking adventures LOL.
She figures If I join maybe someone else will listen to me and my smoking adventures, funny part is that she always seem to enjoy the end results..."Brides" what can I say ::)
Anywhose thanks for having me and I look forward to the camaraderie.
Welcome and enjoy your stay. Good to see an experienced smoker join the forums. Always nice to learn from each other. This is the recipe site we go to if you feel the need.

If mistakes count as "experienced" then I am the "go to guy" without a doubt.
Been to the site mentioned many times and it holds a pleura of excellant information.
Thank you :)
Welcome Patdaddy, my wife claims the smoke gives her an instant headache, but eats everything I make in my Bradley. :o ::) ::)
welcome - mine quit complaining once she started tasting the results
Welcome aboard. When it comes to women, train them right and you'll have no problems. When that fails begging,or pleading sometimes
works LOL.

Welcome to the forum ;)
hello and welcome aboard
Welcome to a great forum
Hello and welcome to a really great forum...
Welcome, I am sure you will find plenty of people to talk about smoking here. Remember that mistakes are only really mistakes if you (or your dog) can't eat the results. Then they are still just learning experiences.
