Wanted to try a chicken in the basket I found in the big easy. Sprayed the basket down with Pam spray and put a small chicken with three to four potatoes in the basket. Best investment for the big easy so far.

Done, 1 hour and 35 minutes. Potatoes where at 210 degree f.

Is it a basket from Cahrbroil or something that you adapted? Do they still sell those and do you know where?

The basket was bought at our SuperStore in town. They are owned by Loblaws INC. Looked on the package to see if there was a brand name but it seems they are made in China just for Loblaws. On the front it was a simply statement BBQ BASKET

That is a great cooking basket. I have one that is much more shallow, about 2" depth, and much less versital. What you have looks great.
Well the chicken looks just great, next to the basket the chicken wins...lol...
