In a time crunch how long do sticks need to cure before smoking?

Mix, stuff, dry the casing, smoke.

Cure #1 in ground meat dont need time to cure, some call it "quick cure"  ;)

Thanks guys told my sister I would make her sticks next time I visited, found out at 8pm I was going tomorrow afternoon.
