Peeling the casings i knew it. The casings were to old even after a soaking of an hour :'(

I will check and see if they have some new casings up at the locker plant. Them other casings are what 3 years old?

Casings very dry even after soaking. Made the meat stick to the casing.....see the pic :o
Aww but throw it out????? May not as be as pretty,but the taste would have been great. Eat on sandwhiches you wouldnt know the difference. I believe in eating my mistakes. LOL
