Although I disagree with what some of the research experts have to say on this site I think it has some interesting info that I thought you folks would like to see.

Ice,
I have bounced in and out of that website many times and i agree with you.
All i can say is that it makes me appreciate this site so much more.
thanks for the link.
I used the Amazing Ribs website for several years before I even knew about this place. About the only thing I still use from it is their recipe for Meathead's Memphis Dust (http://www.amazingribs.com/recipes/rubs_pastes_marinades_and_brines/meatheads_memphis_dust.html) rub. It's also where I first read about the Texas Crutch (http://www.amazingribs.com/tips_and_technique/texas_crutch.html) for ribs.
Like with any site, there are things I agree with and other things I don't. I've been using that site and the Virtual Bullet (http://www.virtualweberbullet.com/) for some time. I enjoy the articles on both sites, often adopting, adapting and tweaking them to use with my equipment.
