Got my Bradley (611) last week. I love it so far.
I've done some chickens (3), ribs, pulled pork (Boston Butt), and some eggs (just to try it!) so far. Everything's good, but I now realize there are a lot of variables in this kind of cooking, which seems simple.
I think I'll be asking a lot of questions, especially about curing and rubs.
And I photograph most of what I cook, so I intend to post pictures too. I drive my Facebook friends nuts with food pics.
Here's one:

Couple comments:
1) welcome
2) Feel free to ask any and as many questions that you need to. There are many folks here to help and many times others have the same questions.
3) It will get to the point where the family will say " hurry up and take the damn pictures so we can eat."
Welcome to the forum...Enjoy!
