Title: Apple Smoked Cheese
Post by: devo on June 19, 2012, 04:28:23 PM
Saw this wheel of cheese at my butchers today and the price seemed pretty good. Never heard of it but thought hey I'm running low on smoked cheese so why not.

Sliced it up to some manageable sizes and got the smoker going.

Two hours of Apple and resting on the counter.

Fruilano is a really nice mild cheese. My kids used to call it "Nana's cheese" because their grandmother always had some when they visited.
