I used a rub from this site (Mr Brown's?) and I think hickory smoke (I am smoking too much to remember what's up). It took 15 hours, four in smoker and the rest in the oven. I learned that my oven reads 20-30 degrees higher than it really is. I think this could have been done faster otherwise. (Cook temp for half the oven time was 220.)
