Did an 8lb butt in the Traeger. Started it at 11pm last night. Pulled it at 195* this morning at 11:30 am.
Nothing fancy, just some sammies.

Dusted with Zacks Hickory Rub then painted with molasses then dusted again with Zacks Hickory.

Loaded up the hopper with some Hickory (Traeger) the perfect mix is still in the boxes they were shipped in. Maybe next time. :)

Going to try and keep up. Not really All that big though. We have had bigger party s. But keep watching you and others for more ideas. But you do a great job!
