Ok guys, I've posted a couple questions on here so far but am still Fairly new to the forum. I'm Adam from WV. I've only had my Bradley a couple of months but have been smoking for about four years, so I'm somewhat of a newbie. This is a great forum and I look forward to reading on here every night. Since I know how much you all like pictures I thought I'd share some yardbird shots I did the other day on the grill using durkee chicken and rib rub and finishing with some weber sauce. I like the pictures of the baby. The first shot s/he is looking happy, the second shot s/he looks fully content.

Thanks everybody, hopefully next weekend my wife will let me do some ribs.....it takes me days to clean my grates and it makes her mad. But she loves the ribs. We're doing the Atkins diet so the Bradley helps a lot. Makes low carbs pretty good.
