Biscuits

And gravy

One pound of cooked homegrown breakfast sausage.

Drain off grease and make a Roux with it then add water till ya got a good gravy.

Add some cracked black pepper, granulated garlic dump the sausage back in then a dash of salt.

GOOD STUFF!

I'd say Oh Ya! too.  That looks mighty tasty.  Nothing like using the fat for the roux.  That really makes it.

That look good...never thought of making the gravy with water instead of milk.
