In the smoker set at 250 F and gave them 2 hr Hickory. After the smoke did the foil thing with 4 pats of butter in each foil cocoon. back in the smoker for an hour and a half the dump the juices outta the cocoons into my fat separator them in a dish and added some KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce. Painted the juice/sauce on then back in to set for an half hr.

Ready to eat

I've been wanting to try that!

Did you get some of the MOJO flavor in the ribs?

I should have (thought about it ::)) done one rack without my rub. The favor of the MOJO and my rub made the ribs a little salty.

But after the heat from my rub calmed down ya could taste the MOJO.

Guess I'm just use to hittin the ribs with my rub.  ::)

Gonna do the MOJO thing again but one slab with no rub and one slab with my rub minus the salt

Gotta have some heat on my ribs  ;D

Mike; I smoked them in my Bradley, got the duel element and a PID, no prob gettin to 250 F  ;D

Those ribs and your plate look great.  I too like a spicy potatoe salad.
