Hi all,
Did up a gun powder tri tip this past weekend. I always get the biggest. Not because we pig out tri tip (so tempting) but because after dinner it goes into the fridge over night. Next day it goes into the freezer for an hour. I get to slice it so thin you can see through it -

With this we have a dinner of steak sandwiches and another of quesadillas.

Everytime I make tri tip it's sliced thin for sammies...you can't go wrong there!

Hey, I like that thin slicing option. We always have some left over and it'd be great in a sammich.
Man, in my phone it almost looks like a big ole pile of bacon. Looks great. I'd eat it like slices of ham all by themselves :)

Trust me there was a lot less by the time it made it to the sammies :D
