Title: What to do with a fresh squash?

Fresh zucchini squash slabs seasoned with s&p
tossed in a skillet with a little oil to soften, bout 5 mins.
then into the fridge to cool them off.

It appears that this is a rhetorical question.  Please finish the answer before 5PM Hawaii time so I'll know what to do with the one in my refrigerator.

Looks great but a bit more "enhanced" than I was planning for tonight (to go with dino bones, corn on the cob & grilled pineapple).  I have cut and pasted it into my recipe file, however, for the next zucchini I kill.
