Every time I open my 'fridge to get a beer, I see these pickles.

I have been using the juice in the jar to make my pistachios. BTW thanks to a friend for giving me these pickles. ;)
I have been trying to come up with something in which to use these pickles.
EUREKA! I found it!
So, I began by cubing 10 pounds of chuck:

Next I partially cooked one pound of home-made bacon, and cut it up:

Next I ground it:

We then measured out 1 cup of the habanero pickles, 1 cup of diced onion, and 1/2 pound of shredded cheese:

I added these ingredients to 5 pounds of the ground chuck. I mixed well, then ground it again - with all the players.

Off to the fridge with that batch. NEXT....
I crumbled one pound of blue cheese:

Then I cut up 5 jalapenos:

Then I combined the remaining 5 pounds of chuck with the blue cheese, jalapenos, and 3 T of honey! *****see below

I mixed it together well:

I ground it again, then I put this mixture in the 'fridge overnight along with the other one.
I got up this morning and made my burger dogs:

Bacon/Cheddar/Habanero/Onion on the left, Blue Cheese/Jalapeno/Honey on the right.
The BCHO was good and full of bacon, but I could not taste the pickle nor the onion. Next time I will double the amounts for both. I think I could have used a full pound of cheese as well.
The BCJH was good, but needed more kick. Both Mrs and I sampled them last night by cooking up trial patties. So, I added 1/4 cup of pickled jalapenos to the mix as I was grinding it. I did not sample that after the addition of that, but I sure could smell the jalapenos.
*****WHY HONEY? You might ask? Mrs and I enjoy eating blue cheese on crackers with just a drizzle of honey.
