Title: Canada Day Pork Shoulder

Started the P.S. Thursday night.

Got the spices ready.

Got the P.S. ready and rubbed it down all over with Mustard and then all over with the spices.Rapped meat well,put in fridge till Saturday morning.Smoked ,cooked 4hrs Hickory,at 220F.Started all this at 830AM.Pulled out of Bradley 530Am Sunnday,FJ Couch(Foil,Jacket and Couch)

That's looking mighty fine slowpoke, what sauce did you put over top of it? The shoulder I'll bet is pretty comfy on the couch LOL

I used a simple mop sauce-1 Cup white Vinegar
                                        1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
                                        1 Tbsp Dark brown Sugar
                                        1 Tbsp cracked Black Pepper corns
                                        1 tsp Salt
