I've spent a great many hours going through smoking forums, You Tube videos and talking to friends who mainly cold smoke fish.
I am "expecting"...yes this is going to be my baby, a 6 rack Bradley within 7-10 days. Bought it from Le Baron Sports in Ontario. My wife okayed this as a my birthday present.
This smoker seems to have the ability to cold and hot smoke with very good controls. I took apart my 4'x4'x8' cold smoker about 20 years ago, and have since begged and traded for smoked goods. I do have smoking experience.... salmon, black and grey cod cold smoked and a try at smoke drying deer meat(which turned out fantastic).
I look forward to posting pics, recipes and finished product on this forum.

Smoker John have you tried smoking any pickerel or jack? We did some on the farm, hot smoke with willow. It was pretty tasty, hard to keep in the smoker.
