I know there have been numerous other posts about Bradley's customer service, but I had to mention my experience.
- Bisquette heater quit heating.
- Called Bradley mid-day on Monday.
- Spent about 45 seconds troubleshooting while on the phone.
- Was told by Customer Service that new element was on the way.
- And if I had install questions, give 'em a ring.
- Wednesday morning new element arrives.
Man - less than 48 hours. That's impressive. I wish all companies were so prompt. (http://home.comcast.net/~garyco212/smileys/up.gif)
Now, where was I...
Thanks gary_CO it's good to know. Between that and the dealings with Chez I'm real comfortable with Bradley. [:D]

Sorry to hear about the problems with your smoke generator Gary, but glad to hear you got it worked out so quickly. I dealt with Bradley's customer service before and I agree they are first rate.
Ditto on Chez, Iceman.
