Title: A couple of butts on the propane smoker

2 butts rubbed with Head Country

Loaded up about 9pm with four hours of Oak bisquettes

Nighty night.

The next morning I emptied and refilled the water bowl, and checked temps. 160F and 162F

about 3pm we are at 195F. FTC until serving time
