Just finished up my batch of Beef Ribs on the Bradley Smoker. I did sous vide them first for 14 hours, then smoked them for 6 hours with just the smoke generator. I used pecan bisquettes for a nice mellow smoke flavor. I did forget to take still photos of the process but put up a video on youtube of everything I did. Under greatest beef ribs ever.
I used a crock pot to cook the ribs in a vacuumed sealed pouch at 133 for 14 hours, what this does is cook them to medium rare so they are moist, cooked in their own juices and extremely tender/ The connective tissue melts out into the juices. Then I smoked them for the color and smoke profile, they look great. I lightly sauce them and there gone in minutes.
They are the best beef ribs you have ever tasted!

That didn't work for me. When I do a search on you tube I get a whole lot of videos and am not sure which one. I think the problem is between the keyboard and my chair, so if someone has a direct link they could post I would be grateful.
The link is here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GUPG_Zeab9I).
