Finally decided to post as I've been cruising the forum for better than a month now.  Got a 4 rack Digital for Father's day.  So far, I've smoked various ribs and a pork tenderloin.  The Bradley is so much more enjoyable to use in the Houston heat than my old Brinkman  ;D

All the posts I've read are great and very helpful.  Thanks to everyone.  I'm looking forward to trying out some of the recipes posted (like the beef sticks!!).
