Don't know how many of you follow this (http://frombellytobacon.com/2012/07/12/smoked-porchetta-di-testa/#more-3443) blog but he makes some great looking food. Looks like this would go great in a Bradley too.

Almost looks like a Head Cheese but then it has the Pork Jowls there. HHmm I would eat it !! Yes 3rensho You could do that in a Bradley
