Received a Bradley 4 rack this week as a gift. Already smoked some beef jerky and currently cooking up some baby back ribs for my wife and I to enjoy. This forum has really pointed me in the right direction on this stuff so far

the jerky turned out a very good texture. I used too much salt in my cure but i am otherwise please

the ribs were amazing, i need to tweak my rub a bit but Sparkys foil,honey,brown sugar,butter trick was AWESOME!!!

I have pics but I need to figure out photo attachment on this.

(sorry for poor typing, holding an 8 week old baby and typing with one hand

can anyone help me on posting pictures? If i hit the insert image button i get this "(//)". In every app i use an insert image button will take me to finder to pick a photo. any tips?

Welcome! I've had my Bradley for about 4 years, but the forum is a continual source of ideas (and ways to spend money) and these guys are helpful on non-Bradley issues, too!
