Title: Rack Placement Baby Back ribs
Post by: kooks on July 14, 2012, 09:17:41 AM
I have a 4 rack smoker.  I've cut the ribs in half so one whole slab will fit on a rack.  What three rack placements do you think are  best??  Do I need to rotate the rack if I do the 3-2-1 method??

Thoughts  ???

I would do the top three. Keeping the bottom one closest to the heat empty. I never rotate my ribs in the Bradley. Again, this is just me.  :)

I usually do 2-2-1 with baby backs and don't rotate.
