Looks like I will be doing chicken breasts..... they are on sale for .99 lb at Albertsons!
I got 6 pounds of pistachios to smoke. I am out of snack stixs. I am out of baloney and my jerky is all gone. Not sure if I will be able to get it all done. Will do the nuts today. :o
Big BBQ planned, 2 Pork Butts in the fridge with rub since last night. Going in the smoker tonight for an all night smoke. ;)
Then tomorrow when they come out for FTC, on goes some Brats and hotdogs in the Bradley for the kiddies. mmmmmm good.

I'm gonna rubdown a tri-tip this evening for a Sunday smoke. Trying to decide whether to serve it as sandwiches or just sliced on a platter.
My new cordless super jerky blaster should arrive today so I'm probably gonna have to try it out.

Yeah and it's regularly $99 and it was on sale for $29 :o! UPS dropped it off this afternoon and I've got the battery charging. ;D

Still hot here so its outside cooking for sure. Right now I have two rib eyes and a small pork shoulder getting some hickory smoke. On top of the pork shoulder is some bacon bits I had lying around from my last bacon smoke. Should add some flavor and bacon grease. If that works its all good.
