LOL... Sorry guys.

2lb. pork tenderloin cut into 1"- 1 1/2 " pieces
applied Jans rub to them the night before.
1 hour 40 minutes of apple smoke. at around 225
about another hour at 200 and kept checking the temp. till
it got to around 150.
let them rest and had fresh green beans and a little bit of cheesey pasta.
They were the most tender and juicey loins i've ever eaten.
the pics. truely don't do them justice.

But all them toothpicks look a bit dangerous :o

Sounds might tasty.

I do a deer loin wrapped in bacon then after the smoke I throw them on a smokin hot grill to finish

Its all gooood  ;D

Looks quite appetizing, that's for sure.  I'm just a bit surprised that it took that long to reach 150.

lol... thanks  Muebe. My wife wasn't to thrilled with the tooth picks... especially after i had on break off inside my loin.
Rajzer.... It was pretty breezy here today and my temp. was going up and down alot... so i kinda favored the lower side most of the time. maybe that's why it took that long.   8)

Looks great! Try leaving the tenderloin or loin whole and bacon weave wrap it!!!
