Loaded the Bradley cabinet with two ice bowls. Started out at 90F and after a few minutes it dropped to 68F...

Loaded into the Bradley. Six pucks of Applewood(2 hours smoke)...

After smoking they were wiped down before packing. Looks like some sugar made it's way into the smoker too...

I picked up some salt on clearance (why do they think salt gets old??)... Need to smoke that up maybe next weekend.

You know after I vac sealed it I noticed it looked like a package for a hungry drug runner :o
That is actually a care package for a friend hence the sugar vac sealed with the cheese ;)

Cheese looks real good.
I'm in the same shoes as Devo ..... don't need ice in the smoker since it is -6C here. But if I did need a bowl of ice I would just put water in the bowl and leave it outside overnight. ::)
