sorry for the late reply, i dropped and shattered my ipad last week. thanks, and yeah i'm starting to get the hang of them. got 3 racks of spare to do and a half rack of beef for tomorrow. i've never done beef before....figured i'd give them a try

Most people that I've talked to say that they prefer pork....but I want to try 'em, I'll get some pics and let you know what I think.
