I am new here to the fourm but not by any means to Bradley Smokers. I have beem using my Bradley for the past 8 months and recently picked up a second Bradley smoker so I can do even more. I love my Bradley and I don't care about the haters because once they taste the goodness they usually stay quiet.

Yeah Im in the heart of spo-compton. West Central neighborhood. Haha. My buddy lives in the valley and every time he visits he says guess what I saw happen that doesnt happen at my place. Haha

Anyways, enough of the Spo-compton bashing. Maybe we could do some pic and recipe trading?

I am smoking pork shoulder for the first time when I get home from work. I have it sitting in the fridge since last night with it rubbed down.
