Title: Photos and Instructions to Bacon wrap
Post by: CraigW on August 04, 2012, 11:10:42 AM
While cruising the website last night and enjoying an adult libation, I came upon an excellent tutorial on how to bacon wrap meat. Went and bought a boatload of bacon and now can't find the instructions. Could someone shoot me the link or something?????

Well, thanx to the instructions i managed to get it done. Trouble is the loin was done long before the bacon. Should I have used thin cut bacon? The loin was perfect and the bacon finished off quickly in a skillet, but the presentation was not what I was trying for.

The best bacon to use for a bacon wrap is regular (thin) slice.
