Title: American Queen
Post by: KyNola on August 06, 2012, 11:37:01 AM
The City that I live in is located exactly where the Tennesse River ends it's journey and meets the Ohio River.  The Cumberland River is only a couple miles away and the Mississippi River is about 50 miles away via the Ohio River.  To say my hometown is a river town would be an understatement.  Many towboat lines originate out of Paducah.

This boat was at our riverfront today.  The American Queen.  She is a paddlewheeler although in this pic you can't see it.
Love to see the excursions boats dock at our riverfront.
