Sausage and cheese biscuit... my favorite breakfast..... YUM
I had a cup of coffee, come to think of it, coffee is mainly the only breakfast I get. Once in a while on the weekend I may make a real breakfast it takes too much time before work. That sausage biscuit looks real good.
I'd eat that
Rick
That sure looks good
I had leftover Countrystyle Ribs that I smoked yesterday
Don
Lets start with a little gyro meat
(http://img.tapatalk.com/4812610d-52ee-47f4.jpg)
Then beat up a couple eggs
(http://img.tapatalk.com/4812610d-53f4-0a56.jpg)
Then into a preheated skillet, this goes pretty quick so be ready to kill the heat
a few seconds after they hit the skillet
(http://img.tapatalk.com/4812610d-54c7-aaeb.jpg)
When eggs are set add gyro meat
Feta cheese, and tomato.
let the eggs cool a bit and gently roll up

Rolled up on some green stuff.

First:

A Tequela Sunrise.

A hot buttered waffle, with pure maple Canadian syrup, and my own maple cured Canadian bacon. Yep, this was a good way to start off the day.
You had me at the Tequela Sunrise. ;D
This is our traditional Christmas Breakfast. The only thing I cook Christmas Day is breakfast. The rest of the day is leftovers. My Mom called it pancakes. Breakfast sausage rolled in crepe like pancakes.(best with home made breakfast sausage)

Got the recipe from my mom, this is how she wrote it.

Pancakes don't have to be perfect. The batter is really thin so it spreads all over.
When done roll around cooked sausage....makes about 16.
We just put powder sugar on them...you can use syrup I guess.
