Title: Dinner last night
Post by: dman4505 on August 08, 2012, 07:45:50 AM
Took a 6lb. pork loin and sliced into 3 sections
Coated with olive oil and Uncle Joe's Rub Down
3 hours of Special Blend at around 210 - 215
5 hours total smoke/cook time, checked IT in all three chunks they were around 155
Placed in a baking pan tented with foil into a 260 oven for a couple hours till the wife got home
We had one chunk, one went to step-daughter and her family, the third is going to work with me this afternoon
