Title: Italian Sausage with Broccoli Rabe

Hello,

I have seen sweet Italian sausage stuffed with Broccoli Rabe for sale at the Butcher counter every so often  I would like to make this myself and was wondering if anyone had a good recipe technique that they would be willing to share.  I have searched the forum and don't see this topic as coming  up before.  The Italian sausage part is easy, but what I am more interested in is how the broccoli rabe is prepared, and or at what ratio is it included?  If anyone has never tried this combination, it is delicious.  Thanks in advance.
