Title: Lets make some baby meatlumps

Meat. 1lb ground beef, 1 lb of ground pork, 1/2 lb sweet sausage.

Now veggies
Orange bell pepper, 1/2 medium onion
1 can rotel maters with chilis and about
1 Tbl minced garlic.

Gonna use a 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp ground black pepper, 1 Tbl. smoked paprika, 2 eggs. 1/2 sleeve of crackers and around 1/2 cup
Of oats. i put the crackers in a ziploc and made them cracker crumbs then mixed in the oats.

Great lookin plate of grub!

I loooove smoked meatloaf,,,,cant remember the last time I didnt smoke one

Bout time I made up another

I use oats in mine also

Thanks for the info on the pans...I like how smoke can circulate around them.
