Hi All.
Just taken delivery of my new 4 shelf digital Bradley. . . . I have only ever smoked in a stainless steel box with mesquite chips and ruined more food than I have succeeded with so I decided to go with the Bradley. I am a keen fisho and hunter, and I also do aquaponics at home using trout along with barramundi and silver perch for the fish, and all sorts of vegetable produce as a result. I am looking forward to reading all the posts on here and learning how to get the most from the new addition to the family.
