Title: Washington Wildfires
Post by: Keymaster on August 17, 2012, 06:36:56 AM
I live quite a ways from the fires here in washington State but I was watching the news this morning and my friend Lon lost his house and could loose another. The fire was started by a construction crew. Heres a video (http://www.kirotv.com/videos/news/some-still-in-the-dark-as-to-whether-homes-were/vdRTS/)

This has been a bad fire year for the northwest. The whole valley around Boise is thick  from smoke.

We have been very fortunate up here in BC so far this year. Forestry just put a campfire ban on province wide, getting dry out there. :-\
